We used Susan Hendrickson to stage our home for sale. First of all, she was a pleasure to work with. Secondly, she was extremely knowledgible of what it takes to present a home with just a few additions or changes and make it much more appealing. We worked with Susan Hendrickson to purchase our first home in Florida. She was GREAT and made the entire process a breeze! Being from Michigan we started looking for homes online with very little knowledge of the various Florida communities. Susan called to introduce herself and setup online queries for us to begin the search. After several months we made a quick trip to Florida where Susan spent 2 solid days driving us around to see the various homes I listed as favorites. She started the tour by presenting with a nice package detailing the specifics for each home we toured. Susan was knowledgeable, pleasant, and seemed to have our best interest in mind. She always made herself available to answer any of our questions. Once we decided on a house, Susan worked out all the details for us from dealing with the seller's agent and the title company to providing us with contacts for insurance, lawn maintenance, etcetera and so on. We felt very comfortable interacting with Susan, which was a welcomed change from the last realtor we used. We strongly recommend Susan to anyone looking to buy or sell and would give her 10 stars if it were an option!

Susan Hendrickson sold our home in 4 days for more than I was ever expecting. She is a joy to work with. Helped us with staging ideas. Professional photos showed the house well online.
